Cancellation Policy

At Flora Aesthetics and Wellness, we value the time of both our patients and our practitioners. As such, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure the efficient scheduling of appointments and the best possible experience for all our clients.

Cancellation Fees

  • A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to any patient who cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • This fee applies to all appointments, including consultations, follow-ups and non-service-related visits.
  • No Show, No Call Policy

    Patients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice (“no show”) will be subject to a fee.

  • The fee for a no show, no call appointment will be the full cost of the scheduled service, or $100, whichever is greater.
  • Late Arrival Policy
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will do our best to accommodate patients who arrive up to 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.
  • However, patients who arrive later than 10 minutes after their appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Reason for Policy

  • Our practitioners dedicate their time and expertise to each appointment, preparing personalized treatment plans and ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Late cancellations disrupt our scheduling and prevent us from offering appointments to other patients who may be in need of our services.
  • The cancellation fee helps compensate our practitioners for the time and resources allocated for the appointment.

How to Cancel

  • Patients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
  • To cancel an appointment, please contact our office by text/phone at 805-973-0793 or via email at info@floraaestheticsandwellness.com (we prefer text messages over phone or email for the fastest service!)

Repeated Cancellations

  • In cases where a patient repeatedly cancels appointments less than one week in advance, our system will automatically prevent online booking for future appointments.
  • To schedule appointments after repeated cancellations, patients will need to contact our management team to discuss a custom booking policy tailored to their specific situation.
  • We strive to accommodate the needs of all our patients while ensuring fair scheduling practices for everyone. Our management team will work with you to find a suitable solution that meets your needs and maintains the integrity of our scheduling system.
