Cancellation Policy
Effective January 1, 2026
At Flora Aesthetics & Wellness, each appointment is reserved to provide you with personalized, high-quality care. Our cancellation and scheduling policies protect provider time and allow us to accommodate all patients fairly.
Appointment Reservations
A valid credit card is required to reserve any appointment. Some services require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your treatment at checkout.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees
Standard Appointments (< 45 minutes)
- Cancel/reschedule with < 24 hours’ notice: $100 fee
• No-show: Full service fee or $150, whichever is greater
Extended Appointments (45–90 minutes)
Filler appointments, device treatments, combination services
• Cancel with < 48 hours’ notice: 50% of service fee
• Cancel with < 24 hours’ notice: 75% of service fee
• No-show: 100% of service fee
New Patients
- $150 non-refundable deposit required
• Cancel with < 48 hours’ notice: Deposit forfeited
• No-show: Full service fee charged
Memberships, Packages & Vouchers
Credits, vouchers, packages, or gift cards follow the same cancellation rules.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
• A cancellation fee charged to the card on file, or
• Forfeiture of an equivalent credit or voucher
Late Arrival Policy
- 10-minute grace period when possible
• Arriving > 10 minutes late may require rescheduling
• Applicable cancellation fees will apply
Medical Cancellations
If you’re ill or experiencing symptoms that may contraindicate treatment, we may reschedule you for safety — no fees applied.
Repeated medical cancellations may require a deposit, clearance, or same-day scheduling.
Grace Cancellation
Each patient receives one grace cancellation per calendar year (must notify us before the appointment start time).
Repeated Cancellations
Patients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows within 6 months may lose online booking privileges and may require deposits for future appointments.
